Is there a call out charge?
We charge for the plumber or gas engineer to turn up, and he will remain on site for up to an hour to either repair/temp repair or diagnose parts required. The quoted amount is payable in full regardless if he is on-site for 10 minutes or the full hour.
If I need a part to fix the plumbing or heating problem, what happens next?
Once the engineer has diagnosed the problem he reports to the office. We will then phone with a quote to supply & fit the required part. The initial call out charge is still payable. In some circumstances we may be able to source and collect the required part for the engineer to repair the same day, again a quote will always be given prior to any further works commence.
What guarantee do you offer?
All our work is covered by a 12 month guarantee over and above a warranty offered by the manufactures.
I have a cover plan, what do I do if my heating breaks down?
Call the office, 020 8763 9300, and we will book an appointment for an engineer to attend within 24 hours of your call (excluding sat & sun).
Do you offer 24 hour service?
The office is manned Mon- Fri 9am – 6pm, messages are collected over the weekend and any emergencies are called at the earliest opportunity.
The engineers work Mon- Fri 8am – 4pm, although we do not offer weekend cover, in the case of emergencies we will attend where possible.
What time are you appointments?
Appointments are booked between 8am – 12 noon, and 12 – 4pm. We are happy to give up to 1 hours notice of an engineer’s arrival time
